The last few years have been really rough on many people and I’d like to share the solution I found, for me, when I began searching for money making ideas.

Which one is right for YOU?

When we feel financially hopeless and helpless, it can feel as though there is no way out. However, when you really start looking,  money making ideas are everywhere. The trick is to narrow it down to what fits your own personal situation. Here’s what I looked at:

• Franchises: Whoa! Need big bucks to start. Not for me.

• Brick and Mortar Store: Again, need mega-bucks to invest and most don’t turn a profit for at least 2 years. Not for me.

• Multi-Level-Marketing: Lots of good ones out there. I have done fairly well in the past with a health related one, but I was young and vigorous and remembering the time/energy it took I felt: not for me. I also didn’t like being dependent on other peoples’ work ethic to determine my income.

• e-Bay: I have to say, when I was really in a crunch, I did manage to sell a lot of stuff that had been sitting around the house unused and sold it all on e-Bay for about $3,000 within 60 days. Then I was out of stuff.

Internet Marketing:

When you think about it, all of the above ideas involve SOPS. Selling Other Peoples’ Stuff. What I discovered with the Internet Marketing model was a model that fit what I was looking for:

• Not much money to invest up front
• Not trading time for dollars
• Building residual income for my retirement years
• Unlimited income potential based upon my own efforts, not a boss
• Not spending my hours building someone else’s dream
• Ability to build while still working a part-time job

There was one, teeny tiny problem: I didn’t know anything about Internet Marketing!

So, like probably many of you reading this, I began buying courses. Too many courses. All had some good information. I actually made a few hundred bucks online. A lot of the information was confusing or incomplete.

I was always left feeling that there were so many pieces of the puzzle left out, it was never going to really come together for me. I knew I needed a mentor, but most of the products didn’t offer the kind of ongoing support a true newbie requires. . .
